manx celtic music and dance

One of the most widely recognised hymns in the Isle of Man, ‘Manx Fishermen’s Evening Hymn’, 'Harvest of the Sea' or ‘Peel Castle’ was originally adapted from an old air called ‘Eaisht oo as Clashtyn’ (Listen and Hear) by WH Gill in the 1890s. There are several instrumental versions of the song.
