Aundyryn Kiaull-Theay Vannin ~ DESC Manx Folk Awards

20th - 25th March 2025 in St Johns & Douglas

Organised by DESC & Culture Vannin, the Manx Folk Awards are held in the Spring term. The Manx Folk Awards are informal competitions for children in Manx music, song, dance and language with friendly adjudicators. 

Folktastic trophies and prize money are awarded by the Malcolm Scott Dickinson Charitable Trust.

• Thursday 20th March KS1&2 Recitation/Manx language (St Johns)
• Friday 21st March KS1 & Preschool (Douglas Kensington Arts)
• NB. No competitions on Saturday
• Sunday 23rd March Secondary (Douglas Kensington Arts)
• Monday 24th & Tuesday 25th March KS2 (Douglas Kensington Arts & Rosemount Church)
