MANX MUSIC & DANCE SUMMER SEASON
Thursdays, 7.30pm, Villa Marina Arcade
Tourist and locals alike can enjoy a summer season of free concerts organised by the IOM Arts Council and Culture Vannin, and held in the Villa Marina Arcade, Douglas. From Gaelic acapella choirs and funky new sounds in the Manx language to massed harp ensemble and bagpipes; from colourful dance displays to contemporary songs and lively tunes, there is a something for everyone!
The season was launched with Manx choir Cliogaree Twoaie and the Manx Folk Dance Society, followed by Scran and Clash Vooar, but there are still more delightful concerts to come...
