Young Singer of Mann 2016 (closing date for entries 6th May)
The Competition is open to all young singers, male or female living on the Isle of Man, who are between the ages of 8 and 15 on or before 15th May 2016.
The competition will be held in the Isle of Man Bank Auditorium at the Erin Arts Centre, Port Erin. The First Stage is at 2pm on Sunday 15th May 2016, at which eight singers will be selected for the Final. The Final will be at 2pm on Sunday 19th June 2016 as part of the Mananan International Festival of Music and the Arts.
A cash prize of £150 and a glass trophy (held for two years) will be presented by the Isle of Man Bank to the winner, along with a glass goblet presented by the Isle of Man Arts Council and the title “Young Singer of Mann 2016”.
1st stage – Sunday 15th May 2pm
Final – Sunday 19th June 2016
